About Me

I am Morgan Vandergoes - a filmmaker.

 

I can't sit still unless I'm making something, which is probably what drove me to shuffle all the way from my hometown of Invercargill in the bottom of New Zealand to Wellington in the pursuit of satiating the need to create.

On the way I've dabbled in design, animation, acting, and finally filmmaking. I've found that I connect with others best through telling stories; collaborating to form a meaningful narrative is something I find very fulfilling. 
My ultimate goal (aside from creating a 12-hour Space Opera Epic) is to build a production company that will facilitate collaboration and help take creative ideas and stories and bring them into reality - through films, music, and art.
